How It Works
Free Punjab scheme eligibility check in 3 simple steps
Apna Scheme Tool helps you check whether you meet the basic eligibility criteria for CM Punjab government schemes before you spend time on a full application. This guide explains exactly how our tools work, what data we collect, and what happens after you get your result.
Step 1 — Choose Your Scheme
From the homepage or the Schemes menu, select the program that matches your situation:
- Green Tractor / Hi-Power Tractor — if you are a farmer with agricultural land in Punjab
- Parwaaz Card (PSDF) — if you have a valid overseas job offer and need a loan for visa/medical costs
- Kissan Card — if you are an active farmer with 1–25 acres and need input credit
- Himmat Card — if you are a person with disabilities needing stipend support
- Apni Chat Apna Ghar — if you are a low-income family without a pucca house
- Dhee Rani Program — if your family needs support for a daughter's marriage
Each scheme has its own dedicated page with a detailed guide, required documents list, and step-by-step application instructions below the eligibility form.
Step 2 — Fill the Eligibility Form Honestly
Every scheme page has a form with questions based on real government eligibility rules. For example, the Green Tractor form asks about your land acreage, Punjab residency, CNIC validity, previous beneficiary status, and Kissan Card default status.
Important tips for accurate results:
- Enter your land acreage exactly as shown in your PLRA or revenue record — not an estimate
- Answer "yes" or "no" honestly — the tool is designed to help you, not to judge
- If you are unsure about a question, read the detailed article below the form first
- The form takes about 2 minutes to complete
Privacy guarantee: Your form answers are processed only to show your result on that page. We do not save eligibility data in our database. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Step 3 — Read Your Result & Apply Officially
After submitting the form, you will see one of two results:
- Eligible (basic criteria): You appear to meet the main requirements. The result lists which criteria passed and provides a direct link to the official government apply portal.
- Not eligible (basic criteria): One or more requirements are not met. The result explains exactly why, so you know what to fix before applying (for example, clearing Kissan Card dues or correcting PLRA records).
Click the "Official Apply Page" button to open the real government website in a new tab. All applications, document uploads, balloting, and verification happen on that official portal — not on our site.
What Our Tool Does NOT Do
Understanding the limits of our tool is important:
- We do not submit applications on your behalf
- We do not guarantee approval — government verification, balloting, and field checks make the final decision
- We do not charge any fee — the tool is 100% free
- We are not affiliated with the Government of Punjab
- We do not store your eligibility answers after the page loads
What Happens on the Official Portal?
After clicking the official apply link, you will register on the government website with your CNIC, upload required documents (PLRA record, disability certificate, job offer letter, etc.), and submit your application. Depending on the scheme:
- Verification — The department checks your documents against NADRA, PLRA, BISP, and other databases
- Balloting — For oversubscribed schemes like Green Tractor, a computerized draw selects beneficiaries
- Approval & delivery — Approved applicants receive tractors, cards, housing allocation, or stipends through official channels
This process can take weeks to months. Our tool only covers the very first step — checking if you meet basic criteria.
Common Questions About the Tool
Can I check multiple schemes? Yes. Visit each scheme page separately and run the check. Some schemes have cross-rules (for example, Kissan Card defaulters may be blocked from Green Tractor).
Should I still apply if the tool says not eligible? If a specific criterion failed (like land acreage), fixing that issue first is recommended. For borderline cases, you may still try the official portal — but our result reflects published rules.
